To effectuate your healthplan, your January 1st payment has to be made no later than 12/31/2024.

You can make the payment 3 ways:

1) Calling Customer Service (833)476-1458

2) Online at www.wellpoint.com

3)Use the mail order payment voucher, however if you need urgent care the system will not show you active until Wellpoint processes payment and credits your account
