 If you don’t have your Member ID Number, Please call Customer Service (877)687-1196 to make payment.

If you have your Member ID# you can make a payment two ways:

1. Automated Interactive Voice Response(IVR) (877)687-1196,

   1. wait after language question,

   2. option-one (member),

   3. option-one (payment IVR),

2. Auto Pay Now ( you will need your member id#)

You can also make payments and set up auto-pay, view doctors, on the Ambetter Member Portal

(Please don’t forget to write down your confirmation number and confirming of your bank that payment went through.)
