New CMS Rules — Please Complete Authorization First
CMS and HealthCare.gov have changed the rules for agent-assisted enrollments. As of October 12, 2026, an agent must have your authorization before they can access or submit your Marketplace application,
Esmy is helping our team with this authorization step. She will help you complete the authorization for your agent — Jacob, Daniel, or Maria — separately and independently for each agent. She won’t be enrolling you but she will help us get you ready to avoid time delays

“Step 2 - CONSENT”
Your consent will expedite your enrollment. Allowing us to continue servicing your account all year. Upload documents on your behalf to Healthcare.gov, help you process changes through-out the year. Most importantly give you expert advice all year long.

2️⃣ Income Information - Required before the meeting or we will have to reschedule. Unable to give a plan recommendation
Please have your most recent income details ready, such as:
Social Security benefits statement
Self-employment records
Recent paycheck stubs showing gross income
Include your employer’s name, address, and phone number if applicable.
3️⃣ Medication and Doctor Information –
Prepare a list of your current medications and your primary doctor’s name and office address.
Having this information ready helps ensure accurate plan recommendations.
Why this matters:
Completing these items before your appointment helps us avoid delays or rescheduling and ensures a smooth enrollment process, as the deadline reaches, we will only have limited time to finish enrollments.
