Your consent will expedite your enrollment. Allowing us to continue servicing your account all year. Upload documents on your behalf to Healthcare.gov, help you process changes through-out the year. Most importantly give you expert advice all year long.

For better experience, please select a time that best fits your schedule with any one of agents. More openings will be available the week of Nov 24-28, so please be on the lookout. If you need assistance please contact or text us at (210)876-4009 and any of the avilable agents will be with you.
I will be renewing the applications of only those that have cosented(click on word consent) if you don’t consent, i can not help you! you have to call the marketplace to enroll.
Important – Please have the following ready before your appointment:

2️⃣ Income Information –
Please have your most recent income details ready, such as:
Social Security benefits statement
Self-employment records
Recent paycheck stubs showing gross income
Include your employer’s name, address, and phone number if applicable.
3️⃣ Medication and Doctor Information –
Prepare a list of your current medications and your primary doctor’s name and office address.
Having this information ready helps ensure accurate plan recommendations.
Why this matters:
Completing these items before your appointment helps us avoid delays or rescheduling and ensures a smooth enrollment process, as the deadline reaches, we will only have limited time to finish enrollments.

Remember if you already have one of my Medicare Advantage plans (example: UnitedHealthCare, Amerigroup, Devoted, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, etc.) and your current plan has a prescription plan, You can still change again January- March of 2025
